Handling Time: All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order will take between 2 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday) to arrive at your destination.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 11 business days.

6. Order Cut-off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 12:00 AM (00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Orders placed after this time will begin their handling period on the following business day.

7. Shipping Carrier
To ensure your items arrive safely, we use FedEx or Royal Mail for all our deliveries in the United Kingdom.

8. Delivery Address
We deliver directly to the customer's address provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping information is correct to avoid any delays.

9. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
